Join us at the beautiful Sheldrake Point Winery, overlooking Cayuga Lake!
🏃♂️ The Run
- Scenic Course: A 5K course which includes breathtaking views of Cayuga Lake.
- Chip Timed: Awards for the top 3 Overall and Age Group Winners (male/female under 14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, etc.)
- Cross Country Style: Well marked course through the 200 acre vineyard property. Nice wide trails with a combination of short cut grass and packed dirt.
- Course Map: Details will be provided.
🎉 The After Party
- Complimentary Wine: One glass of wine for all participants 21+.
- Wine Purchase: Wine will be available for participants and spectators for purchase.
- Live Music: Enjoy live music from 9:45am-Noon.
- Food Options: On-site food truck available.
- Seating: Indoor and outdoor seating available to relax and enjoy the morning. Bring blankets and chairs if you choose.

- Tech Shirt: Custom high-quality tech shirt for all participants. Women’s, Men’s/Unisex and Youth sizes or upgrade to Women’s Racerback Tank Top for $5 extra. (Men’s/Unisex Tank Top optional for no added cost). Please Register by June 14 to guarantee first choice.
- Finishers Glass: Run the Vineyards stemless wine glass for all participants at the Finish!
- Photos & Parking: Free downloadable photos and free parking available.
- Souvenir Medals: Souvenir Finisher Medals available for $8 during registration or $10 on race day (while supplies last).
