Founder's Story

• Background: Christin, along with her family, founded this race in 2020.
• Motivation: The event was created after losing her father to a 25-year battle with Parkinson's disease.
• Mission: To raise money for the Parkinson’s Community and support those affected.
• Community: The race honors the struggles of many families facing Parkinson's Disease.

Rock Steady Boxing (RSB)

• Program Overview: RSB is a boxing-inspired, non-contact exercise program designed for people with Parkinson's disease.
• Focus: The program emphasizes improving strength, balance, and overall quality of life.
• Activities: It includes a variety of exercises like boxing drills, stretching, bicycling, and jumping rope.
• Community Support: RSB provides a safe, challenging environment where participants can build confidence and find connection with others.
