- Pre-Race Registration: November 26 from 5:30-6:30 PM at the school
- Race Day Registration: Begins at 7:30 AM and ends at 8:30 AM
- Packet Pick-Up: Available during pre-race timings
- Onsite: Convenient check-in process for participants

- Categories: Awards to the top three overall male and female finishers
- Age Groups: Winners in 10-year increments
- Special Recognition: 60 and above will have 5-year age groups
