Waldenwoods Turkey Trot - Hartland Area Project Fundraiser

🏞️ Race Overview

This gorgeous trail race benefits the Hartland Area Project, 10am Sunday, November 2nd, 2025. The race trail winds around Lake Walden with a start and finish at Waldenwoods Resort & Conference Center, the crown jewel of Livingston County (established in 1924).

• Registration Fees: $30 until Oct 20th, $35 until Nov 2nd, and $40 day of race.

🤝 Community Impact

This event is open to all, with Waldenwoods organizing the race with the help of Running Lab of Brighton to benefit the local community. The Hartland Area Project was established in 1929 to assist in three key areas of community bonds:

• Health and Welfare: Focused on improving community health.
• Education and Culture: Promoting educational initiatives and cultural events.
• Economic Development: Supporting local economic growth.

🎉 Event Details

Old-school analog timing, post-race snacks, T-shirt, and raffle prizes will be available. Everyone is entered into drawings for all other prizes including a 1 Year Waldenwoods Day Use Membership.

• Race Day Sign-Up: Allowed on the day of the event.
• Registration Deadline: Please register by October 12th to ensure enough race day swag.
• Swag Guarantee: Anyone registering after that date will not be guaranteed race swag.
