Lace up with Brooks Running and Fleet Feet and join us on October 31st for a fun, festive, and community-first Halloween 5K Run/Walk — open to all levels, whether you’re a seasoned runner or just out for a spirited stroll.

🚗 Parking Details

Don’t get spooked by limited parking! Spaces near the start/finish area will go fast, so plan ahead. Arrive early, carpool with your crew, or use rideshare to make sure you’re ready to roll into your pace group on time.

🏃 Groups & Paces

At the RecovHER & RestoreHIM Halloween 5K Run/Walk, we’re making sure there’s a pace for everyone. Whether you’re racing toward a new personal best, jogging with friends, or strolling in costume, you’ll have a group that fits your flow.

• Runners: 7–9 min/mile | 22–28 mins finish: For experienced runners ready to push the pace.
• Jog/Run-Walk: 10–13 min/mile | 31–40 mins finish: Great for casual runners, first-timers, or those mixing light jogging with walk breaks.
• Walkers: 15–18+ min/mile | 46–56 mins finish: A relaxed option for those walking the course, enjoying the community, and soaking up the Halloween vibes.
