Haunted Trail Run 5k/10k

🏃‍♂️ Race Course

• Theme: End the season with a Haunted Trail-themed trail run this OCTOBER.
• Prize: The Winner of this series will WIN tickets to fly to Nepal to participate in an ITRA and UTMB Index race—options to choose from 30K, 55K or 100K.
• Experience: Winners will get to experience a new culture and run the Himalayan trails of Nepal.
• Significance: This may hold a significant role in someone being in 1st place or falling behind.

🌲 5K and 10K Race Routes

• 5K Race Route: To be followed.
• 10K Race Route: 2 Loops of 5K route.
• Note: We retain the right to change the race route as deemed necessary.

🕘 Race Information

• Start Time: The race starts at 9:00 AM.
• BIB Pickup: Starts 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race starts.
• Registration: All runners must register on RunSignup.
• Themes: All of our races have a fun theme.

🏅 Awards and Medals

• Series Awards: All runners will receive series points towards yearly series awards.
• Travel: Plus TRAVEL opportunities for the series winners, male and female.
• Welcome: Runners and walkers are welcome.
• Finisher Medal: All finishers will receive one of our series finisher medals.

👕 Finisher T-Shirt and Costume

• T-Shirt: Custom Design Haunted Trail Run Finisher's T-shirts.
• Costume: It is not required to wear a costume, but it is encouraged.
• Best Costume Award: We give out the best costume awards at every live race.

🩺 Medical and Discounts

• Medical Staff: Registered Nurse on site to take care of any non-emergency medical needs.
• Vitals Check: You are welcome to stop by and check your VITALS before the race.
• Discounts: Under 20 athletes get a 15% discount on the registration fees.

⏳ Course Time Limit

• Limit: 3 hours (5K and 10K).

⚖️ Race Rules

• Entry Fees: Non-refundable, with no exceptions.
• Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel in extreme circumstances.
• Dogs: No dogs on the course.
• Walkers: Always welcome.

📋 ATRS Rules Regulations

• Series Period: The ATR Live Race Series runs yearly from March 1 to October 31.
• Enrollment: All participants are automatically enrolled in the series once they complete an ATR qualifying race.
• Awarding Points: Points will be awarded in each age category, male and female, for each qualifying race.
• Awards Announcement: Awards will be mailed out on December 1st.
