🎃 Welcome to Alpine Trail Race Series Season 3 (ATRS 3.0)

🏃‍♂️ Race Course

• Theme: This is our special event, a annual tradition, Haunted Trail-themed trail run is filled with extra games for kids, adults alike.
• Giveaways: Gift cards give away for the start of the holidays.
• Grand Prize: The Winner of this series will WIN tickets to fly to China to witness APTRC 2026, and to participate in an ITRA and UTMB Index race—options to choose from 30K, 55K or 100K.
• Cultural Experience: Winners will get to experience a new culture and run the UNESCO World Heritage site.

📍 Race Information

• Start Time: The race starts at 9:00 AM.
• BIB Pickup: BIB pickup starts 45 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race starts.
• Registration: All runners must register on RunSignup.
• Themed Races: All of our races have a fun theme.

🏅 Awards and Medals

• Series Points: All runners will receive series points towards yearly series awards. Plus TRAVEL opportunities for the series winners, male, and female. DETAILS CLICK HERE!
• Inviting Everyone: Runners and walkers are welcome.
• Finisher Medal: All finishers will receive one of our series finisher medals.
• T-Shirt: Custom Design Haunted Trail Run Finisher's T-shirts.

🎭 Costume Contest

• Costume Encouraged: It is not required to wear a costume, but it is encouraged.
• Best Costume Award: We give out the best costume awards at every live race.

💸 Discounts

• Young Athletes: Under 20 athletes get a 15% discount on the registration fees.

⌚ Course Time Limit

• Duration: 3 hours (5K and 10K)

📋 Race Rules

• Fees: Entry fees are non-refundable, with no exceptions.
• Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel in extreme circumstances.
• Pets: No dogs on the course.
• Walkers: Walkers are always welcome.

📅 ATRS Rules Regulations

• Series Duration: The ATR Live Race Series runs yearly from March 1 to October 31.
• Automatic Enrollment: All participants are automatically enrolled in the series once they complete an ATR qualifying race.
• Points System: Points will be awarded in each age category, male and female, for each qualifying race.
• Awards: Awards will be mailed out on December 1st.
