Get ready to don your most outrageous holiday sweater and join us for The Medina Ugly Sweater 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk! This festive event is all about fun, fitness, and giving back to the community. All net proceeds will support the Helping Hand of Humboldt, making every step you take a step toward helping those in need.

📅 Event Details

• Date: Saturday, December 13, 2025
• Time: Race starts at 9:00 AM: Awards at approximately 10:00 AM (or when all participants finish)
• Location: 1387 Middle School Rd, Medina, TN 38355
• Theme: Ugly Sweater – the tackier, the better!

🏃‍♂️ Race Options

• 5K Race: Perfect for runners and walkers of all levels.
• 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk: Great for families, kids, and anyone looking for a shorter stroll.

💸 Registration Fees

• Early Bird (by October 31, 2025): $40
• Normal Registration (by December 5, 2025): $45
• Late Registration: $50
• Youth (9 and under): Free (registration still required)
• Youth (10-14): Normal registration fees apply

🏅 Age Groups

Awards will be given based on age and gender for adults, and by age for youth:

• Youth: 9 and under, 10-14
• Adults: 15-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50
• Masters: 51-60
• Old Timers: 60+
