We’re excited to invite you to be part of a meaningful, energizing, and community-centered event this fall — the Healing in Motion LA: Glow & Grow 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run, happening on Saturday, October 17, 2026 at Cate Street Square in Hammond, LA.
This race isn’t just about movement — it’s about momentum for healing. In honor of those impacted by domestic violence, we’re blending the power of wellness, community action, and celebration to uplift survivors, raise awareness, and fund local support services.
Event Details
- Gathering: Expect a host of runners, walkers, and families for an unforgettable afternoon of movement and meaning.
- Theme: The “Glow & Grow” theme transforms the darkness into a radiant after-race glow party.
- Celebration: Enjoy a timed 5K run or a relaxed 1-Mile Fun Walk, followed by an after-party.
- Community: Local wellness, fitness, and lifestyle partners will be on-site to celebrate and share resources.
Registration Fees
- Early Bird Registration: $20 – May 15 to August 15
- General Registration: $35 – August 16 to October 1
Race Day Packet Pick Up/Check-In
Time: 2:15 PM - 3:00 PM at Cate Square Park
Your packet will include race bib, custom Glow & Grow shirt, glow accessories, and local resources.
We will have FREE Finisher Fuel at the Finish Line!
