❄️ Winter 2026 Kids Speed & Conditioning

Winter 2026 Kids Speed & Conditioning training in Apex is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.

📅 Program Details

• Duration: 8 weeks long, meeting once per week.
• Age Group: Geared toward kids aged 8-14 years old.
• Focus: The goal of the class is to have fun, get healthy, and work on running speed and overall conditioning.
• Capacity: Class will be capped at 35 registrants.

💰 Registration Information

Cost of the class is $65. No refund and no deferral if you drop out of the class after registering. Please do not register if you're unsure of your child's schedule and have a potential conflict with another activity.

👕 What's Included

• Workouts: 8 weeks of 1 coached workout per week.
• Training Plan: A season training plan with suggested workouts on non-class days.
• Discount: 20% off at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply).
• Educational Information: Coordinated by The Running PTs, and a training shirt.
