Program Overview
- Duration: 8 weeks long, meeting once per week
- Age Group: Kids aged 8-14 years old
- Focus: Fun, health, running speed, and overall conditioning
- Capacity: Class capped at 35 registrants
Registration Information
- Cost: $65
- Refund Policy: No refund and no deferral if you drop out after registering
- Conflict Policy: Please do not register if there is uncertainty about your child's schedule
- Switch Policy: No class switches after registering
Included in Registration
- Workouts: 1 coached workout per week for 8 weeks
- Training Plan: A season training plan with suggested workouts on non-class days
- Discount: 20% off at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply)
- Educational Material: Information coordinated by The Running PTs
- Training Shirt: Each participant receives a training shirt
