Before the wings, pizza, and halftime show, join us for a morning of fitness, furry friends, and fun in Franklin Lakes at the Super Sunday 5K & 2K Pup Strut!

5K Run

• Perfect for all fitness levels: run, jog, or walk your way to the finish line!
• Every finisher: will receive a one-of-a-kind medal.
• Post-race treat: fuel up before the big game.

2K Pup Strut

• Leash up your pup: enjoy a relaxed stroll through town.
• Fresh air: experience tail wags and pet-friendly camaraderie.
• Special treat: a doggie donut waiting at the finish for your four-legged MVP.

Additional Information

• Hydration: No on-course water stop: water will be provided at the finish line from Culligan Water.
• Game-Day Warm-Up: DJ Steve will keep the energy high with tunes to pump you up before kickoff.
• Weather: Rain, snow, or shine — we run no matter the weather!

Important Details

• T-shirts: guaranteed if you register by January 12.
• Medals: will be guaranteed for the first 275 people who register.
• Fun-focused: no time awards — it’s all about the fun and the food that follows!
