Bloomin' 5K and 1 Mile Walk

• Who: Whether you’re a competitive or recreational runner, a seasoned or novice walker, or just looking to meet up, have fun, and do good.
• What: The annual BLOOMIN’ 5K Run/1 Mile Walk hosted by St. Peter’s Haven.
• When: 8:30 AM on April 25, 2027.
• Where: Main Memorial Park and Park Slope, Clifton, NJ.

🤝 Cause & Impact

• Nonprofit Support: Proceeds will help St. Peter’s Haven, Clifton’s only food pantry and homeless family shelter.
• Immediate Needs: Funds will address the immediate needs of families and individuals in need, providing food and pathways to independence.
• Community Solutions: The City of Clifton is working on long-term solutions through a community-wide task force.
• Fun Features: The event will include a USATF-NJ sanctioned/certified course, dog and stroller friendly options, music, food, and fun activities for kids.

🏃‍♂️ Race Details

• Course: A fast 5K course with a downhill finish: the 1 Mile Walk is three laps around Main Memorial Pond.
• Prizes: Cash prizes for overall best times, including extra prizes for beating specific times (Men: 14:57.3, Women: 19:42.5).
• Marketplace: Includes a DJ, Carb Station, Flower Station, Kids Activity Station, and more.
• Fun For All: Suitable for all ages and skill levels, creating a community event spirit.

📝 Registration Information

• Race Day: Registration and packet pickup open at 7:00 am. Race Day fees are $45 for 5K and 1 Mile Walk: free for ages 10 and under.
• Packet Pickup: Available on April 25th from 8 AM to 5 PM at St. Peter's Haven, and on race day until noon.
• Shirts: Registrants on race day are not guaranteed shirts.
• Weather: The race will go on rain or shine.

• Pricing: Early registration is $35 until March 15: $40 until April 24: $45 on race day.
