Proceeds: Go towards downtown revitalization efforts.

Pre Race Registration: $30/participant on or before November 15th at 10pm
Race-Day Registration: $35/participant Race Day Registration from 7:30 am - 9:00 am

Please fill out the form completely & neatly, double-checking Age, Gender, Entry Fee Price. Mail completed paper registration to: Seashore Striders: 9 Gander Lane, Lewes, DE. 19969. Please mail by Monday of Race Week to be guaranteed an event t-shirt/swag.

3.1m: Flat & Fast in Snow Hill, MD...Course will start & finish at Sturgis Park going through Historic Snowhill as well as through Byrd Park along the river.

⏱️ RACE TIMING

Seashore Strider Event Production, Inc. will be timing the event using the Chronotrack B Chips.

🎽 RACE AMENITIES

Shirts: Short sleeved tech shirts to all registered participants (guaranteed before Tuesday of race week).
Awards: Post-race awards downtown on Green St at Tides & Vines.
Experience: A running good time.

Overall & Master Male/Female Champion, as well as the top three finishers in 14 5K age groups: 9U, 10-13, 14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+

🔄 REFUNDS/DEFERRAL

The Seashore Striders have a "No Refund" policy: however, we make every possible attempt to please our client with the following options: 1. Transfer to a future Seashore Strider owned event of equal value before the end of the current year. 2. Donate your entry fee to the charity associated with the event. 3.
