• Teams: Race as an Individual or 2 person team (same or mixed Gender)
• Venue: Races held at 200 meter indoor track facilities

• Row Erg: 1000m

• Run 5: 800m(long) -OR- 400m(short)
• Sandbag Carry: 200m
• Run 6: 800m(long) -OR- 400m(short)
• Sandbag Lunges: 100m

• Run 7: 800m(long) -OR- 400m(short)
• Burpee Broad Jumps: 100m
• Run 8: 800m(long) -OR- 400m(short)
• Farmers Carry: 200m

• Run 9: 800m(long) -OR- 400m(short)

• Sandbag Lunge: 35 lbs

Level 3

• Sled Push: 335 lbs
• Sled Pull: 250 lbs
• Round Sandbag: 100 lbs
• Sandbag Lunge: 50 lbs

Level 4

• Sled Push: 425 lbs
• Sled Pull: 315 lbs
• Round Sandbag: 150 lbs
• Sandbag Lunge: 65 lbs

• Level 1 Short: 1:00, 1:15, 1:30, 1:45

🌇 Afternoon Block (2:00PM–4:45PM)
