Providence Monster Dash 5K

🎉 About the Race

Join us for the annual Providence Monster Dash on Sunday, October 26, 2025, in Downtown Providence, RI. Celebrate Halloween FUN with loved ones and run or walk this FUN Halloween 5K. Don't forget the kids! Our kids race is open to children 12 and under. Parents are welcome to run with their kids.

👻 Costume Contest

• Best Individual Costume: $100
• Best Team Costume: $200
• Team Requirements: Minimum of three people for the team costume contest.

📅 Race Info

• Date: Sunday, October 26, 2025
• Time: 9:30 am Kids Run (Ages 12 and under) // 10 am 5K Run/Walk
• Location: South Water Street, Providence, RI

🏃‍♂️ Events

• Kids Dash Run: Approximately 1/4 mile for ages 12 and under. Parents may run with their children. 9:30 am Start Time. Girls kids run will be first. Boys will start after the girls kids run.
• 5K Run/Walk: 3.1 Miles. As always, walkers are welcome. No pets allowed and strollers must start in the back for safety reasons. 10 am Start Time.

💰 Entry Fees

• 5K Run/Walk: $32 to 7/31/2025: $34 from 8/1/2025 to 9/30/2025: $36 from 10/1/2025 to 10/25/2025: $40 Race Walk Up Registration on race day. Online registration closes at 8 p.m. on 10/25/2025. T-Shirts are not guaranteed for walk-up registrations.
• Kids Monster Dash: $17 to 7/31/2025: $18 from 8/1/2025 to 9/30/2025: $19 from 10/1/2025 to 10/25/2025: $20 Walk Up Registration on race day.

📦 Packet Pickup & On-Site Registration

• Pre-Race Packet Pickup: Saturday, October 18th, 2025, 1 pm - 5 pm at Marathon Sports, Level 1, 1 Providence Place, Providence, RI.
• Friday, October 24th, 2025: Noon - 6 pm at Marathon Sports, Level 1, 1 Providence Place, Providence, RI.
• Saturday, October 25th, 2025: 11 am - 5 pm at Marathon Sports, Level 1, 1 Providence Place, Providence, RI.
• Race Day Packet Pickup: Sunday, October 26, 2025, South Water Street, Providence, RI, 8:30 am - 10 am.

Walk up registrations will be accepted on Saturday and Sunday. Please Note: Race t-shirts are not guaranteed for walk up registrations on race day.

🏆 Awards

• Individual Awards: Top 3 Overall winners and winners by age group: Under 19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
• Scoring: Overall awards are scored on gun time. Age groups scored by chip time.
• Kids Race: Top 3 Boys/Girls in Kids race.
• Team Award: Prize will be awarded to the top overall team. Top 3 score based on chip time. No limit on Team size. Online entry for Teams only.
