Welcome to The Frozen Stick Trail Run!
The Frozen Stick is a stand alone event and also the FINALIE to the Stick Season Trail Run Series.
Course Details
- Route: Using the same route of discontinued Frozen Feet, Rockinator Racing keeps the 15 year tradition alive!
- Distance Options: With 2 distance options, the Frozen Stick starts at LaSalle Middle School.
- Trail Experience: Heads up and through beautiful Bluffview, Rock Hollow and Zombie Trails.
- Racer Village: Passing the aid and cheering stations twice to return to the warm racers village indoor at the school for podiums, awards, finisher medals, music, snacks and swag!
