- Serious Issue: Child Abuse claims more victims than any disease, encompassing physical abuse, sexual abuse, emotional abuse, neglect, bullying, human trafficking, and domestic violence.
- Underreported: Many cases go unreported, highlighting the urgency of our mission.

ABOUT FAMILY TIES
- Established: Family Ties, Family Resource Services addresses child abuse issues, family violence, sexual assault, and other children's crisis issues.
- Free Services: Provides vital free services for child victims and their families.
- Prevention & Intervention: Offers primary prevention and intervention services in collaboration with local schools and organizations.
- Crisis Services: Services available in Waller, Austin, and Harris counties.

- Distances: 62 Miles, 48 Miles, 26 Miles
- Terrain: Mostly flat terrain with some rolling hills
- Rest Stops: 4 Rest Stops with snacks and drinks
- SAG Support: Available, as well as Police assistance
