Course Details
- Adult Long Course: 300 yd Swim and a 3 mile Run (Ages 13 and Up)
- Youth Mid Distance: 150 yd Swim and a 1.5 mile Run (Ages 9-12)
- Youth Short Course: 50 yd Swim and a .5 mile Run (Ages 8 and Under)
- Open Timed 5K: Available for All Ages
