Race Description

For years, many of us have made memories at the Albemarle Turkey Trot-now it's time start our own tradition right here at home!

Join us for the first ever Gobble Gobble 5K on Thanksgiving morning at 8:00am, starting from the Locust Town Center. This free, family-friendly run/walk follows the same fun route as the Locust Elfie 5K-perfect for runners, walkers and anyone ready to earn that extra slice of pie!

Preparation

• Practice Opportunity: With the Elfie run just a week after, it will be a great practice run for the main event!
• Attire: Bring your friends, your family and your best turkey hats!
• Tradition: Let's make this a new Locust tradition!
