Event Overview
Join us for the special 20th anniversary edition! This 5K event is perfect for competitive and fun runners, walkers, joggers, moms, dads, children and even pets!
Purpose
- Proceeds go to: Event proceeds help families with children in area hospitals stay at the nearby Ronald McDonald House at little or no cost.
- Support families: This enables parents to be with their children throughout treatment without worrying about a large hotel bill.
- Impact: So far, IREM Indy, with the help of our sponsors and participants, has donated over $310,000!
- Acknowledgment: Our efforts have earned IREM Indy the prestigious Helping Hand Award and a room named after us at the Ronald McDonald House!
Awards and Activities
- Cash prizes: There are cash prizes for the top three male and top three female finishers.
- Age group awards: Awards will be provided for different age groups.
- Games for kids: There will be games and activities for children.
- Rookie Run: A Rookie Run will take place after the main 5K event!
Course Details
The course is back on the popular Indianapolis Downtown Canal.

- Date and Time: Saturday (Race Day): 7:00 AM – 8:20 AM inside the NCAA Hall of Champions.
Race Day Registration
Registration: Race day registration is available starting at 7:15 AM inside the NCAA Hall of Champions.
