Adventure Triathlon Overview

THE ADVENTURE TRI IS BACK!!!! This race is a unique twist on the traditional triathlon. You can Paddle, Mountain Bike and Trail Run through Estelle Manor.

Race Details

• Finisher Medals: for everyone.
• Free Race Photos: Capture your adventure.
• Kayak Rental: Available as an add-on to registration.
• Bike Course: Can be completed with a hybrid, but mountain bikes are recommended.

Kids Participation

• Free Kids Run: No registration needed.
• Finisher Medal: All kids who run receive one.
• Trail Terrain: Flat trails, a mix of hard packed and sand.

Race Distances

• Kayak Triathlon Distances: 1 mile Kayak, 9 mile Mountain Bike, & 5k Run.
• Duathlon Distances: 1 mile Run, 9 Mile Mountain Bike, & 5k Run.
• Aquabike Distances: 1 mile Kayak & 9 mile Mountain Bike.
• Bike TT: 2 loops of the bike course.

Awards Information

• Triathlon Awards: Overall: Top 3 Male & Female, Age Groups: Top 3 Male & Female for 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
• Duathlon Awards: Overall: Top 3 Male & Female, Age Groups: Top 3 Male & Female for 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
• Aquabike Awards: Overall: Top 3 Male & Female.
• Relay Awards: Overall: Top 3 Male and Female.

USAT Information

This is a USAT Sanctioned event. All participants must have an active USAT Membership that has not expired before the conclusion of the event and must follow all USAT rules and guidelines.

Membership Types

• Bronze: One Day Membership.
• Silver: Annual Membership w/ Benefits.
• Gold: Annual Membership w/ Expanded Benefits.
• Platinum: Annual Membership w/ Premium Benefits.

Common Rules and Information

• ALL athletes are required to show photo ID. NO ID, NO RACE, NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Youth (17 and under) athletes without an ID must be accompanied by a parent/guardian with a photo ID.
• Annual members must bring their membership card to compete in a USAT Sanctioned event.
• Packet Pickup: Athletes may only pick up their own packets: no one else can collect for another.

Additional Rules

• No Drafting: A maximum of 15 seconds to complete a pass through the draft zone of another athlete.
• Headphones: Prohibited during the event.
• Transition Rules: No riding in transition at any time.
• Helmet Rule: Must be worn securely fastened at all times while in possession of your bike.
