OneLegacy Donate Life Run Walk is back!
Join us for our 2026 OneLegacy Donate Life Run Walk to run or walk with your team and celebrate the power of organ, eye and tissue donation.
About the Event
- Founded: 2003 by local organizers Craig and Kathleen Hostert of Fullerton.
- Significance: The largest event of its kind in the nation.
- Features: Inspiring opening ceremony, competitive 5K run, and healthy 5K/1K walk.
- Festival: Family Festival with food vendors, live entertainment, special activities for children, and a raffle drawing.
Event Purpose
A non-competitive 5K/1K Run/Walk to educate and inspire the community about organ, eye, and tissue donation with proceeds benefiting the OneLegacy Foundation.

- 7:00 am: Registration
- 8:20 am: Opening Ceremony
- 9:20 am: 5K Run/Walk starts
- 9:40 am: 1K Run/Walk starts
- 7:00 am to 12:00 pm: Family Festival with food, opportunity prizes, children's activities, vendors and more!
