Conveniently located just two hours north of Atlanta, we welcome you to the heart of the North Georgia mountains for the 2nd Annual Hiawassee Half Marathon & 5K!
Course Details
- Starting Point: Hiawassee Town Square
- Scenic Views: Both courses feature stunning views of Lake Chatuge
- Half Marathon Course: Offers a full 360-degree tour around the sparkling shoreline
- Terrain: Moderately hilly terrain with well-maintained road surfaces
Race Schedule
- Half Marathon: 7:30 am Start: 4 hour time limit (18 min 20 sec mile)
- 5K: 8:30 am Start
Pricing
- 5K: Registration $35 ($45 after January 31, 2027)
- Half Marathon: Registration $85 ($95 after January 31, 2027)
