🏃♂️ Run the Archer Braid Trail!
We’re heading back to the southwest — Southwest Alachua County, that is! The Archer Braid 5K & 10K returns this spring, inviting runners of all levels to enjoy a flat, fast course along one of Gainesville’s most scenic paved trails.
🕗 Race Details
- Start Time: 8 a.m.
- Location: Archer Braid Trailhead in Archer
- Course: Smooth out-and-back route through quiet countryside
- Hydration: Stop with water and Gatorade at the 5K turnaround
🏆 Awards and Recognition
Awards for overall winners and the top three finishers in each 10-year age group.
🚗 Parking Information
Parking available in the grass lot by the Archer Community Center (16671 SW 137th Ave, Archer, FL 32618), just a few blocks from the start line.
💵 Registration Fees
- Florida Track Club Members: Free
- Non-Members: $20
- Membership Benefits: Nine free races and discounted entries throughout the year
