Crazy's Christmas Run

Event Overview

Join us for the Brenda Purcell Memorial 5K also known as Crazy's Christmas Run. The run will be held in Louisa Virginia on December 20th 2025 at 4pm.

• Start Point: Purcell Field
• Address: 208 Church Ave., Louisa VA, 23093

Course Details

• Loop Format: The course will be run in two loops.
• Water Station: Located at the 1.5 mile marker.

Prizes

• Overall Prizes: Cash prizes for the top 3 male and female.
• Age Group Prizes: Available for ages 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.

Participant Perks

• Registration Benefits: All participants will receive a long sleeve unisex t-shirt and a Christmas light necklace.
• Walkers Welcome: Walkers are encouraged to join the fun too!

Charity Focus

All proceeds from the race will go to two local charities:

• The Louisa Santa Council: Provides food, clothes, toys, and gift cards to families in need at Christmas time.
• The Central Virginia Sports Fund: A new charity started by local high school coaches to help fund equipment for student athletes in need.
