Santa Claus is coming is coming to Jay-town—and you can too!

🎉 Event Overview

• Fun Run: The Joy in Jay Committee is happy to announce the addition of a fun run to the annual events!
• Course Distance: The course covers a distance of approximately 3K (1.8 miles).
• Participation: You can choose to run or walk the course and have fun doing it.
• Start/End Location: The event will start and end at Mistletoe Junction.

• Date: December 6, 2025.
• Time: 8:00AM.
• Place: Mistletoe Junction (Gazebo on Hwy. 4—downtown Jay).
• Fee: $20.00.

🏅 Awards

• Souvenir Medallion: All registered runners and walkers who finish will get a souvenir medallion!
• Costume Categories: There are special categories for the best costumes.
• Early Registration: Only registered participants are guaranteed a t-shirt.
• First Come, First Served: Event Day registration t-shirts will be on a first come, first served basis.

🎭 Special Overall Categories

• Best Costume: for students (K – 6th Grade).
• Best Costume: for students (7th – 12th Grade).
• Best Costume: for Adults.
• Largest Costumed Group: by participant total.
• Most Festive Costume:

Some of the streets will be closed to traffic due to parade preparation. All participants (runners & walkers) are encouraged to use the sidewalks along the course. A course map will be available at the gazebo on the event date.

You can register on-line at here or at the Gazebo on the event day beginning at 7:00AM. Event Day Registration ends at 7:45AM.
