B-Town Turkey Trot Overview

A 5K Run/Walk on Thanksgiving morning in Bloomington's B-Line Trail through Switchyard Park for neighbors, friends, and families to enjoy together!

Race T-Shirts

• Long Sleeve Shirts: guaranteed to those who register by 12:00p (EST) on 11/14/25.
• Children's Registrations: Shirts are not included for children ages 0-9 as there is no cost for their registration.
• Shirt Purchase: Additional shirts may be purchased for $15 by 12p (EST) on 11/14/25 via the website. (Click Here)

Pre-Race Packet Pick Up (11/26/25)

• Hours: 9-11am and 4-6pm at "The Warehouse" (1525 S. Rogers St., Bloomington, IN 47403)
• Post Deadline Pick Up: Those registered after 6pm on 11/26/25 will need to pick up their race bibs between 7:00-7:30am on Race Day at Switchyard Park.

Race Day Schedule (11/27/25)

Location: Switchyard Park's Main Pavilion (1601 S. Rogers St., Bloomington, IN 47403)

• 7:00am: Parking at Switchyard Park and Race Day Registration Opens
• 8:00am: Music/Warm-Up Time
• 8:30am: Race Starts @ Switchyard Park's Main Pavilion
• 9:15am: Awards at DJ Booth
• 9:30am: "Turkey Chase" for Parents and littles

Additional Information

• Race HQ: Packet Pick Up @ "The Warehouse"
• Strollers: Welcome
• Registration Fees: Cover costs for the race experience for each participant, including T-Shirts for those registered by 11/14/25, DJ, Permitting, Photographer, Snacks, Law Enforcement Presence, Professional Timer, Race Bibs, prizes etc.
• Donations: Can be made to non-profits by clicking the "sponsor" page

• Awards: Age group winners will be based off of clock time, so those wanting to compete for an age group award should make their way toward the front of the pack at the start line.
• Age Groups: Categories are as follows:
  • Male 0-9, Female 0-9
  • Male 10-14, Female 10-14

  • Male 20-24, Female 20-24
  • Male 25-29, Female 25-29
  • Male 30-34, Female 30-34
