Join us for the Fred's Fight 5K on the scenic Rails to Trails pathway in Bay County as we come together to support Fred's in his fight against cancer. Whether you’re walking, jogging, or sprinting, your participation is more than a race—it’s a show of love, solidarity, and community strength.

About Fred

• Diagnosis: Earlier this year, Fred was diagnosed with skin cancer.
• Treatment: He has gone through two different surgeries at Shands Hospital in Gainesville, FL.
• Current Status: He is continuing his treatment with radiation and chemotherapy here in Panama City.
• Perseverance: He has been battling for more than 7 months and has stayed so strong and hopeful through this entire journey.
