Race Overview

The Panama City Beach Marathon presented by Visit Panama City Beach will take place on Saturday, December 5, 2026 in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida.

• Event Types: Full Marathon, Half Marathon, 5K, and Kids Fun Run
• Course Features: Running alongside the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches
• Location: Begins and ends in Pier Park
• Post-Race: After party at Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville

Packet Pickup

Early Packet Pickup

• Location: Dave & Buster's located in Pier Park
• Time: December 4th, 11:00 am – 6:00 pm
• Recommendation: Runners are highly encouraged to pick up materials early

Race Day Packet Pickup

• Location: Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville Main Deck, Pier Park
• Time: 5:30 AM to 7:00 AM
• Caution: No swag will be distributed, shirt size not guaranteed on Race Day
• Reminder: Strongly urge to pick up on Friday to avoid delays

Race Details

• Marathon Start Time: 7:00 am
• Half Marathon Start Time: 7:30 AM
• 5K Start Time: 8:00 AM
• Kid’s Fun Run Start Time: 9:30 AM

Start/Finish Line is located north of Margaritaville on Pier Park Drive.

Awards Ceremony

• Awards Start Time: 11:30 AM inside Margaritaville
• 5K Awards: 10:45 AM
• Half Marathon Awards: 11:45 AM
• Marathon Awards: 12:30 PM

Course Info

• Certification: Marathon and Half Marathon is a certified course
• Course Type: Looped course for Marathon
• Finishers: All finishers receive a medal
• Support: Water, Gatorade, and energy gels provided at mile markers

Course is not closed to traffic: please be cautious and aware.

After Party at Margaritaville

• Complimentary: Gumbo and beer for runners only
• Entry Requirement: Must show bib number
• Time: Margaritaville opens to the public at 10:30 AM
• Discount: 15% off merchandise for runners, friends, and family

• Onsite Registration: Possible at Packet Pickup if spots are open
