Baby Steps 5k and 1 Mile Fun Run

🏃‍♀️ Event Overview

• Organizer: The Baby Steps 5K and One Mile Fun Run is organized by the Infant Crisis Services Teen Associate Board.
• Beneficiary: The race benefits Infant Crisis Services, a 501 (c) (3) organization established in 1984.
• Mission: Infant Crisis Services is dedicated to providing food, formula, and diapers for infants and toddlers in 29 counties across central and southern Oklahoma.
• Participants: The board comprises 47 Oklahoma City-area high schoolers in grades 9-12.

🌧️ Weather Policy

• Condition: The event will happen rain or shine, but if there is lightning or severe weather, the event will be canceled at our discretion.
• No Refunds: There is no alternate date or refunds: if the event is canceled due to weather, registrations will be considered a donation.

• Date: Saturday, April 18th, 2026
• Time: 8:00am - 1 Mile Fun Run, 8:30am - 5K Run
• Venue: Stars and Stripes Park, Lake Hefner

📦 Packet Pickup

• Date: Friday, April 17th at Infant Crisis Services from 1pm to 6pm
• Race Day Pickup: Packet pickup will also begin on race day at 7am at Stars and Stripes park.
• Shirt Guarantee: The last day we can guarantee a shirt with your registration is FRIDAY, MARCH 27th.
