Participation Guidelines

• Running Division: Complete all 267 miles on foot, using walking, hiking, snowshoeing, etc.
• Elliptical: Not allowed in the Running Division.
• Multi-Sport Division: Includes various sports with specific conversions to running miles.
• Transparency: Top ten participants must provide a high level of transparency on the leaderboard.

Mileage Conversion

• Cycling: 3 miles cycling = 1 mile running.
• Swimming: 1 mile swimming = 2 miles running.
• Strength Training: 1 hour equates to 4 miles running.
• Yoga Classes: 1 hour class counts as 3 miles.

SWAG & Awards

• Items Issued: Tech shirt, buff, sunglasses in a custom box unless opting out of swag.
• Medals: Awarded for completing the necessary miles logged with the RunSignUp system.
• Shipping: All items shipped approximately 45 days after the event concludes.
