- Course: 5 mile race and 2 mile walk around the historic Madison Town Green
- Scenic Views: Features views of Long Island Sound and picturesque shoreline neighborhoods
- Registration: Online registration open until race start
- T-Shirts: Long sleeve t-shirts guaranteed to the first 2,500 pre-registered runners and walkers
Awards and Prizes
- 5-Mile Run: USATF Course Certified using RFID chips
- Top Finishers: Prizes for the top 3 overall male and female finishers based on official start time
- Age Groups: Awards for male and female in several age categories based on chip time
- Best Costume: Awards given at the end of the race
Packet Pick-Up
- Location: Lenny & Joe's in Madison, 1301 Boston Post Rd
- Days: Tuesday Nov. 24th and Wednesday Nov. 25th from 11 am-6 pm
- Check-in: Available the morning of the race, bring your registration QR code
- Fees: $20 for walkers, $30 for runners (prices increase on Nov. 19th)
Parking Information
- Availability: Several lots near the Madison Green including the Senior Center and Stop and Shop
- Private Lots: Includes The First Congregational Church and others offering gracious parking
- Consideration: Please refrain from parking on grass and non-marked spaces
- Accessibility: Ensure a respectful approach to local property and landscaping
Event Schedule
- Pre-race Packet Pick-Up: Tuesday Nov. 24th and Wednesday Nov. 25th from 11 am-6 pm
- Race Day: 5 mile run starts at 10:00 am, followed by the 2 mile walk at 10:05 am
- Strollers/Pets: Allowed on the walk course: not permitted on the run course
- Post-Race: Awards and refreshments served immediately following the race
About Madison Jaycees
- Mission: Dedicated to helping individuals, families, and charitable organizations along the CT shoreline
- Events: Organizers of various events including the Dave Parcells Madison Triathlon and Benefit Golf Tournament
- Community Support: Funds raised are used to assist those in need
