At Foot Loose Running, we want to encourage participation in the sport on a regular basis. We are proud to introduce our new pricing for 5K runs—"No Frills" and "Premium" Registration!

🙌 No Frills Registration

• Basic Offering: A price for runners who only care about running a 5K.
• What’s Included: No shirt, no swag—just run!
• Refreshments: We will still offer refreshments and water for all runners.

🎁 Premium Registration

• Upgrade Option: Experience for the runners who like the swag and shirts.
• Registration Timeline: Premium Registration ends early so that we can accommodate the runners.
• Universal Access: "No Frills" and "Premium" registrations apply to all runners regardless of age.
• Community Focus: At Foot Loose Running, we want everyone to RUN.
