20th Annual Harvest Hustle 5K in Memory of Pat Vincent & Shelly Eckert

WHEN

• Event Date: Saturday, November 7th, 2026 at 10:00am
• Registration Deadline: Mobile/Online Registration closes Friday, November 6th at 1pm.
• On-Site Registration: Available on race day (Cash/Check/Credit Card)
• Packet-Pick-up: The night before at the U-Play entry tent from 3:00 - 5:00pm and on race day from 8:00am - 9:45am.

COST

• Early Registration: $40 Online Pre-Registration through July 29th (Please use the RunSignUp for online registration)
• Regular Registration: $45 July 30th - September 30th
• Late Registration: $50 October 1st - November 1st
• Day-of Registration: $55 (cash, checks, or credit cards - Limited to 50 spots the morning of)

WHERE

• Location: Behind Fifer's Farm Store in the overflow parking area near the orchard, Camden-Wyoming, DE

COURSE

• Distance: 3.1-mile run/walk out-and-back
• Certification: USATF CERTIFIED course on a flat road course with views of apple trees and fields of pumpkins.
• Final Section: Will run through the apple orchard on a dirt road.
• Chip Timing: This race will be chip-timed by Races2Run

AWARDS

• Overall Champions: Custom Trophies for Over-Top 3 Male & Female Champions
• Master's Champions: Custom Trophies for Master's Male & Female Champions
• Age Divisions: Awards for Male & Female in various age categories (10 & Under, 11 - 15, 16-19, 20 - 29, 30 - 39, 40 - 49, 50 - 59, 60 - 69, 70 & Over)

AMENITIES

• Free Wristband: Participants and their families will receive a wristband to Fifer’s U-Play and Corn Maze for November 8th entry
• T-shirt: Harvest Hustle 5k commemorative t-shirt
• Refreshments: Includes Fifer's apple cider, Fifer's amazing apple-cider donuts, and complimentary beer for runners 21 & over from Dewey Beer Co.
• Post-Race Awards: Will be held on the farm

Harvest Hustle Sweatshirts will be available for purchase.

• Parking: Please follow signs for event parking
• T-shirt Inclusion: Registration fee includes a Harvest Hustle 5K t-shirt
• Proceeds: 100% of the proceeds will go directly to the American Cancer Society of Delaware
