- Rebranding: The Annual West Liberty Luminary Race has been redone, rebranded, and re-invented!
- Route: The route will be similar to the Luminary Route, but not touch 68.

- Unique Medal: A unique race medal will be included for all registrants before the cut-off date!
- Post-Cutoff Medals: Medals for participants who sign up after the cutoff are based on availability.
