Race Day Experience

Race Distances Offered

• Kids Dash: A 50-meter dash for kids 10 and under, includes a t-shirt and medal.
• 2 Mile: Designed for all ages and experience levels, includes a t-shirt and medal.
• 4 Mile: Chip-timed with overall trophies for male and female finishers.
• 8 Mile: Chip-timed with overall Bigfoot trophies for male and female finishers.
• Half Marathon: Chip-timed, and features overall Bigfoot trophies for male and female finishers.

Standard Age Group Awards

• Trophies: 1st overall male/female awards for 4 mi / 8 mi / Half Marathon.
• Master's Recognition: Special awards for male and female finishers aged 40+.
• Age Group Awards: Gold, Silver, and Bronze pins for various age categories.

Volunteer Opportunities

• Water Station: Ensure cups are filled and cheer on runners.
• Course Monitors: Help ensure participant safety and cheer on runners.
• Finish Line Helper: Assist with finish line tasks.
• Bigfoot Mascot: Wear the Bigfoot costume, cheer on participants, and provide great photo opportunities.

Participant Information

• Weather Policy: Bigfoot races proceed rain, shine, hot or cold.
• Packet Pickup: Offered for 1.5 hours before the event start time.
• Course Terrain: Expect a mix of paved trails and natural surfaces.
