Top 3 in each age group receive Gold, Silver, and Bronze pins. Age Groups include:

Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteer Then Run (5K Distance Only)
Be part of the action and run the 5K! Includes a chip-timed bib, t-shirt, and finisher medal.
Volunteer Then Run Schedule: Arrive 1.5 hours early to help with packet pickup, run the 5K, help hand out awards post-race. Limited to first 5 sign-ups only.
Full Race Volunteer (Non-Running Role)
Perfect for those who want to help but not run this time. Volunteers will not participate in the race and receive:
- Bigfoot race shirt
- VIP race access
- Choice of a FREE future race entry or $20 Amazon digital gift card
Course & Experience
All races are held on scenic local park and greenbelt trails—mostly paved with some crushed granite and dirt sections. Aid stations will be available throughout the course to keep you hydrated and supported.

- Shirt Guarantee: 10 days before race day. After that, limited availability.

- Packet Pickup: Opens 1.5 hours before race start.
- Course Surface: Expect mixed surfaces (pavement, crushed granite, dirt paths).
- Public Space Notice: Events take place in public parks, greenbelts, and roads. Please be courteous and aware.
