Fleet Feet Hartford Winter 2026 Training Programs

If one of your goals was to run a 5K or 10k this year, now is the time! Our first training programs of the year begin January 3rd. Save with our bundle registration option and sign up for both the 5K or 10k goal race and our training program at the same time!

10k Program: Starts Saturday, January 3rd
5K Program: Starts Saturday, January 3rd
Time: Saturdays at 9am for 10 weeks
Location: At Fleet Feet Hartford
Goal Races: O'Hartford 5K/10K on Sunday, March 15

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
Grab a friend or make new ones when you join in our fall training programs. We have options for the true beginner (we specialize in getting people off the couch and to the finish line of their first 5k) through experienced runner and take pride in being with you every step of the way whether it's offering encouragement, high-fives and camaraderie during your long runs or those tips and tricks that make running just a bit easier.

We are a little biased, but we think the Fleet Feet Fitness Family is one of the best around. We are made up of beginners and veterans. Young and old. Fast and slow. We celebrate movement and milestones and try to have a lot of fun along the way.

Both the 5K No Boundaries & 10k programs meet at 9:00am on Saturday mornings and include proven training plans, expert coaching, cool T-shirt and in-store product discounts.

You can sign up for our 5K or 10k training program and the goal race together and save money with our bundle.
