Join us for the second annual BDoKY Hemo Hustle!! Whether you're just looking for a nice nature walk or trying to set a new PR, come out and support Bleeding Disorders of Kentucky's mission to help kids and families affected by bleeding disorders throughout the state of Kentucky!!

💰 Registration Details

• Registration Fees: $30 Adults: $20 Kids 12 and under
• T-shirt: Included in registration fee (yes, the good ones that everyone loves with a NEW DESIGN!!) 
• Finisher Medals: NEW THIS YEAR - Finisher medals for all participants AND custom awards for Top 3 Male and Female 5k finishers
• Course Distances: 2k, 3k, and 4k distances will be mapped out in addition to the full 5k course

🍏 Post-Race Fun

• Snacks: Snacks and refreshments will be provided before and after the race.
• Playground Access: You're welcome to stay and play on the playgrounds by the start/finish line afterwards.
• Registration Start Time: Registration starts at 8:45 - race begins at 9:30.
• Important Deadline: PLEASE REGISTER BY 10/24/25 TO ENSURE CORRECT T-SHIRT SIZES AND NUMBERS.
