Join us for the second annual BDoKY Hemo Hustle!! Whether you're just looking for a nice nature walk or trying to set a new PR, come out and support Bleeding Disorders of Kentucky's mission to help kids and families affected by bleeding disorders throughout the state of Kentucky!!

💲 Registration Fees

• Adults: $25
• Kids 12 and under: $15 (Price increases July 1)

👕 T-Shirt Information

• Inclusion: T-shirt included in registration fee (yes, the good ones we had last year that everyone loves with a NEW DESIGN!!)

🏅 Awards and Medals

• New Feature: NEW THIS YEAR - Finisher medals with awards for Top 3 Male and Female
• Course Options: 2K - 5K courses available

🍏 Post-Race Activities

• Refreshments: Snacks and refreshments will be provided before and after the race.
• Playground: You're welcome to stay and play on the playgrounds afterwards.

• Registration Starts: 9:00 AM
• Race Begins: 9:30 AM
• Registration Deadline: PLEASE REGISTER BY 10/20/25 TO ENSURE CORRECT T-SHIRT SIZES AND NUMBERS
