- 5K Trail Course: One of the most beautiful and challenging in Tallahassee, featuring wide multi-use trails.
- 1 Mile Fun Run: An out-and-back canopy trail that crosses Lafayette Heritage Canopy Bridge.
- Water Station: Available at the turnaround on the other side of the bridge for runners and walkers.
- Participant Quote: “You’ll never forget your first Bluebird.”
🎉 Event Atmosphere
- Welcoming Tent: A huge tent with party lights to greet participants.
- Refreshments: Sports drinks, bottled water, watermelon, bananas, and sno-cones will be provided.
- Memory Lane: A tribute to loved ones lost to suicide.
- Mental Health Fair: Local mental health care providers will be present to share information.

- Walkers Welcome: A lot of walkers are expected, with entry fees available for both timed and untimed participants.
