Dandelion Dash Trail 5K, 1 Mile, and Short Family Fun Run

We are excited to bring back the Dandelion Dash! This event will include a professionally timed 5K Trail Run, a Short Family Fun Run, and NEW THIS YEAR: a 1 Mile Trail Run at the Petoskey High School Cross Country grounds. This event is a fundraiser for Petoskey Children's Nature Preschool.

5K Trail Run

• Start Time: 9:00 am
• Professionally timed 
• Race T-shirt if registered by May 9
• NEW THIS YEAR: custom medals for top finishers
• Runners and Walkers are welcome! 
• NO last minute registration - sign up by MAY 13!

1 Mile Trail Run

• Start Time: 10:00 am
• Running clock (not professionally timed)
• Race T-shirt if registered by May 9
• Runners and Walkers are welcome!
• NO last minute registration - sign up by MAY 13!

Family Fun Run

• Start Time: 10:15 am 
• Less than 1/4 mile
• Finisher Ribbon for the kids
• The Family Fun Run is geared towards young children - it is intended to be an opportunity for families to move together and raise money for the preschool
• All participants (including parents and children in trail-appropriate strollers) must register. Participants 2 and under are free through May 13.

5K Virtual Run

• Not located near Petoskey? Participate from afar!
• Race T-shirt if registered by May 9. Shipping charges apply.

Check-in: You must check in prior to the event. Packet pickup is Friday, May 15 from 3:30-5:00pm at Petoskey Children's Nature Preschool (1804 E Mitchell, Petoskey, MI 49770), or at the event beginning at 8:00am.

Parking: Petoskey Middle School parking lot

The Fine Print: Children under age 12 must be supervised. Adults accompanying children on the run must register as participants. Trail-appropriate strollers are allowed for the Family Fun Run only. Family Fun Run registration for children ages 0-2 is free (prices shown at check-out). While we love pets, please leave your dog at home.
