Brave Heart 5k Overview
Come run the fastest 5k course in the NRV and support the American Heart Association in the process! The Brave Heart 5k presented by Carilion Clinic will be held in Bisset Park in Radford, VA on Saturday 5/30/2026 at 8:30am.
As part of the Runabout Sports 2026 Race series, you will accumulate points towards overall and age group series awards. This race is held in Bisset Park in Radford and runs along the beautiful New River for its entirety. The course is flat, fast and perfect for setting a personal best or running your first 5k!
Packet Pickup Information
- Location 1: Runabout Sports - Friday 5/29 - 12pm-6pm
- Location 2: Bisset Park Shelter #1 - Saturday 5/30 - 7am-8:15am
- Recommendation: Please pick up your packet on Friday if possible to help improve everybody's race experience on Saturday morning
- Shirt Size Deadline: Deadline for guaranteed shirt size is 5/17/2026. Register before 5/17/2026 to guarantee you receive the shirt size of your choice
