What do I get?
How much does it cost?
$65 per round, or $135 for the annual membership (aka ALL 3 ROUNDS!).
When can I start?
We launch a new training cycle every round! You can do one round, two rounds or all three. Each round is a new cycle so you can begin at any time. If you do multiple rounds, we'll build upon your progress from the last round making this a personalized coaching program no matter your skill level.
How far do I need to be able to run before getting started?
Zero miles needed! Our program is designed to train folks who are just starting their fitness journey. We will teach you everything you need to know to get started, or everything you need to reach new running goals!
When are the group workouts?
Workouts are on Saturday mornings at 8am, and Wednesday evenings at 6pm. Locations vary with each round - always within the greater Toledo area.
Need more details?
We're hosting an Open House Info Night at the store on February 1st at 4pm. Come out to hear about the training program, meet the coaches, grab some free swag and get hyped to crush your goal of completing a 5K. Bring a friend, because running with friends is always a good idea.
