⏰ Time/ Course

• Race Start: Chip timed 5k Run/Walk starts at 8:30am, begins and ends at Cavalier Stadium.
• Fun Run: 1 mile Little Foot Fun Run (pre-registration only) starts at 7:55am at Cavalier Stadium.
• Registration Hours: 5k Race Day Registration 7-8am.

📝 Registration

• Pricing: $25 pre-registration w/ Dri-Fit Tech Shirt. Men’s & women’s sizes available by July 22nd.
• Without Shirt: $15 pre-registration w/o shirt by July 31st, $20 race day registration.
• Online Pre-Registration: Available at www.cantstoprunningco.com.
• T-Shirt Deadline: Wednesday, July 22nd, 2026.

👶 Little Foot Run

• Age: 12 & Under, PLEASE pre-register so we can accurately plan.
• Pricing: $15 pre-registration w/ Dri-Fit Tech shirt, $5 pre-registration without shirt, $10 race day registration.

🏅 Awards

• Prizes: Door Prizes and Awards at Coldwater Park after race.
• Awards Breakdown: Awards to male & female 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place overall and in each age group.
• Age Groups: Male & Female categories from 10 & under to 70 and over.

🚶 For All Runners

• Parking: Available in Cavalier Stadium lot on Butler Street.
• Course Support: Water, First-Aid & Radio Communications on the course. Splits at 1, 2 & 3 mile markers.
• Refreshments: Available at the finish.
• Facilities: Restrooms & showers available at start & finish.

• Online Registration: Available for all races, with opportunities to save by preregistering for all 7 events.
• Season Duration: Begins with the Zuma 5k on June 20th and ends at the Buzzard's Glory 5k on August 1st.
• Challenge Benefits: Challenge shirts and awards will be available at the Buzzard's Glory 5k.
