Harvest 5K Event Overview

Join us on Saturday, October 3, 2026 as we host our sixth annual Harvest 5K and Concert at The Way International Headquarters in New Knoxville, Ohio.

Race Participation

• Event Options: Guests are welcome to participate in both the 5K and concert or just one of the events.
• Registration Required: To run or walk the 5K requires registration: however, the concert is open and free for everyone. Bring your family and friends along too!
• Sunday Service: Then on Sunday morning, join us for our Sunday Teaching Service at The Word Over the World Auditorium.

Harvest 5K Information

• Registration Deadline: Register by September 24 to be guaranteed to receive a commemorative mug with purchase.
• Cash Prizes: Cash prizes will be given to the top male and female finishers.
• Age Group Medals: Medals will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in each age group (men and women): 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over.

Children's Races Information

• Registration: Free registration for children: must be accompanied by an adult.
• Participation Rewards: Each child who participates will receive a medal as well as other fun gifts.
• Race Schedule: 50-Yard Dash for 3- to 7-year-olds begins at 1:00 p.m.: Quarter-Mile Fun Run for 8- to 11-year-olds will begin soon after.
• Bounce House: Enjoy a bounce house open before and after the children's races!

Concert Information

• Concert Details: All are welcome to enjoy a free family-friendly concert in the evening.
• Doors Open: Doors open at 6:30 p.m.
• Concert Start: The concert begins at 7:00 p.m.

Food Information

• Refreshments: What's a harvest event without hot chocolate and apple cider? There will be plenty of both to refresh and warm you throughout the event.
• Post-Race Snacks: There will also be water and light post-race snacks for participants.
