It’s a THANKSGIVING DAY TRADITION!!
New Smyrna Beach Thanksgiving Gobble Wobble 5K Run/Walk presented by the Flagler Avenue Business Association is open for 2026 registration.

Thursday, November 26th, 2026 at 9:30am.

Schedule of Events:
- Packet Pickup: Wednesday: 4-6pm optional, at Flagler Ave Beach Approach.
- Race Day Pickup: Thursday: 7:30 am Packet Pickup Open at tent.
- Race Start: 9:30 am 5K Run/Walk begins.
Course:
This is a BEACH run/walk in the sand.
The race will Start and Finish on the beach; in front of the Flagler Ave Boardwalk in New Smyrna Beach.
Entry Fees:
- Registration Deadline: Present- Nov 25th by 1pm – $30.00 Online Registration Only.
- On-Site Registration: At Race Start - $35.00 Cash or scan the on-site QR code to register Online (NO Venmo or Paypal options).
- Post-1pm Registration: All registrations taken After 1pm on Wed 11/25 will be $35 and those participants will need to pick up their items at the "Day of Event Registration" line.
- Refund Policy: Registration is non-refundable.
Amenities:
- Shirt: Race Specific Shirt (sizes not guaranteed for registrations after 11/11).
- Finisher Medal: All participants receive a finisher medal.
- Chip Timing: Chip-Timed 5K.
- Photo Service: Free, Professional Race Photos – Available for free download after the event.
Celebration:
After Race Celebration at Flagler Tavern (Participants receive "Flagler Tavern Bucks" to use during the celebration).
Top Overall Male/Female, Top Masters Male/Female, and Top 3 Age Group Male/Female will be recognized at Flagler Tavern.

Race Timing/Scoring:
The race will be professionally timed. Disposable, electronic chips will be attached to the bib number.
Results will be posted online concluding the event.
Rules & Frequently Asked Questions:
- Race Location: This is a Beach Run/Walk in the sand.
- Packet Pickup: All packets can be picked up on Wednesday 4-6pm or Thursday 8 am.
- Result Posting: Results will be posted at the race and on the RESULTS tab.
- Event T-Shirt: Guaranteed only for pre-registered runners who register 10 weekdays before the race.
- Pets Policy: Pets are not allowed on this beach run/walk.
- Hydration: Please plan to carry your own water.
- Registration Costs: Early registration is $30 per person; day-of is $35.
- Rain Policy: The race is a "rain or shine" event.
- Awards Ceremony: Results will be available online.
- Parking: Free parking available along Flagler Ave; boardwalk parking has fees.
