Race Experience

Bring your fast shoes, steady walking pace, or your best “I signed up for this on purpose” smile. We will be glad to see you at the start line.

• Race Staff: Typically one or two staff members at each race.
• EMS: Not stationed on site: plan accordingly.
• Water Stations: Limited to the finish area at the end of each lap and at the race finish.
• Preparation: Plan for the weather and bring anything you may want between laps.
