Course Details

• Course Type: This is an open road course.
• Start/Finish: Behind South River High School.
• Terrain: Scenic rolling hills on the original Cherry Pit course.
• Safety: Keep to one side of the road: do not run more than two abreast on Route 2. Course monitors at intersections.

Race Pace

• Minimum Pace: You must be able to maintain a 15 minute per mile pace to compete.

Entry Fee

• Standard Fee: $15
• Member Discount: Annapolis Striders members pay only $10.00.
• Day of Registration: If not sold out, $25.00 for everyone.

Eligibility

• Ages: Open to ages 13 - 100.

Annapolis Striders Championship Series

• Registration: If you registered for the 2024 Championship Series, you are already signed up for this race.
• Workers Run: Provided for club members to volunteer and maintain Championship Series standing.
• Contact: Please reach out to the race director for workers run credit.

Packet Pickup

• Time: Packet pickup and race day registration from 6:45 to 7:45 AM.

Water Stations

• Availability: There will be 3 stations with water and Gatorade.
• Recommendation: Consider carrying your own hydration devices on warm days.

Results

• Post-Race: Results will be posted on this site and annapolisstriders.org.

Race Rules

• Prohibited Items: No headphones, strollers, rollerblades, or pets.
• Safety: Violators will be asked to vacate the course.
• Directions: Follow the direction of race monitors.
• Authority: All decisions of the race director are final.

Awards

• Categories: Prizes for female and male.
• Overall Awards: 1st overall, 1st Masters.
• Age Groups: Awards for 10 year age groups.
