Registration Information
- Online Registration: Closes on Wednesday, December 16, at 12:00 noon.
- Race-Day: On-site packet pickup open 7:00 AM-7:45 AM.
- No Registration: No race-day registration allowed.
Course Details
- Course Type: Flat – walker- and wheelchair-friendly – One or two out’n’back segments on paved roads.
- Parking: Ample and free at East Potomac Park Golf Course, south of Jefferson memorial.
- Race Size: About 100 participants in each race, 5K and 10K. Must finish by 9:30 AM. Only one race per person.
Race Start and Course
- 5K: Starts at 8:00 AM. Gather at start/finish banner about 200 feet south of entrance. Course details provided.
- 10K: Starts at 8:10 AM. Gather about 200 feet north of start/finish banner near entrance. Course details provided.
Awards
- Prizes: Christmas ornaments for top 3 in each race in 10-year age groups (men and women), plus racewalkers.
Post-Race Information
- Refreshments: Provided to keep you warm.
