🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

The Tyrone Race Series presents Color Blast Fun Run!

The Color Blast Fun Run will be a 1 Mile & 5K Event that will take place at Tyrone Area School District Parking Lot on April 26th, 2025! The Color Blast is a community event, open to all ages. Students, community members, and families can register to walk or run the approximately 1 Mile or 5K loop across the district campus. Throughout the designated path, there will be various stations where participants will be “colored” in Color Blast Zones.

💰 Fundraising Details

• Incentives: Tyrone Area School Students will be raising donations and receive incentives for the amount of donations raised.
• Beneficiary: All donations raised will go to our Positive Behavior Support Programs (SOAR) at the Tyrone Elementary, Middle, and High Schools.
• Fundraising Deadline: Fundraising deadline will be April 4th, 2025.
• Goal: Our donation goal is $10,000.

Not a runner and still want to contribute? Open donations will be available if you click on donate at the top of the page. If you're unable to donate money, please also consider donating your time! If you want to learn how you can help out with the race as a volunteer please email runtrs1857@gmail.com or volunteer signups will be available if you click on volunteer at the top of the page.

Join us for a day full of color, community, and fun. Food trucks, vendor fair, basket raffle, face painting, tie-dye station, and more!

The start and finish line will be in the Tyrone Area School District Parking Lot.

🕒 Timeline of Events

• 9:30 AM: Check-in and day of registration
• 11 AM: 1 Mile & 5K starts
• Following 1 Mile & 5K: Closing Ceremony with Color Blast - Celebrate together with a large group COLOR BLAST

Color Blast Community Party - Enjoy before and after the Color Blast, stay and enjoy food trucks, craft vendors, basket raffle, and more available.

Tie-Dye Station - Following the Color Blast Race: $5 Cash Only. Bring your own white shirt or your event shirt from Color Blast.

📝 Registration Information

Early Registration: Registrations paper forms can be turned in at Tyrone Elementary, Middle and High School main offices or you may register on runsignup.com. Register by April 12, 2024 to be guaranteed a short sleeve shirt. Tyrone Elementary, Middle and High School offices will have flyers and paper registration available for pickup and drop-off.

• Color Blast Fun Run 1 Mile Elementary School Students: Early Registration: $20, Day of Registration: $25
• Color Blast Fun Run 1 Mile Immediate Family Member assisting Elementary School Students: Early Registration: $10, Day of Registration: $15
• Color Blast Fun Run 5K Middle/High School Students: Early Registration: $20, Day of Registration: $25
• Color Blast Fun Run 1 Mile Community: Early Registration: $30, Day of Registration: $35
• Color Blast Fun Run 5K Community: Early Registration: $30, Day of Registration: $35

Registration includes a short sleeve shirt and race goodie bag: Youth S-L & Adult S - 3XL.

⚠️ Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Disclaimer: In the event of a cancellation of Color Blast Fun Run, all proceeds will be given to Tyrone's SOAR Program.

Inclement Weather: We will be monitoring the forecast and in the event of inclement weather, the race will be postponed to a later date provided by the Color Blast Fun Run committee. Any updates will be posted on the race website and on the Facebook event.
