TACO FUN RUN - BAKERSFIELD
“I RUN FOR TACOS”! 1ST ANNUAL TACO 6K RUN! Good, family, friendly fun event for the whole family! We’ll have a fun/competitive 6k (3.72 mile), a fun 2 mile walk and kids races!

- 2 Mile Speed Walk: Join the fun with our newly added distance.
- Awards: Top 5 male and female participants will receive awards.
- Delicious TACOS: Enjoy tasty tacos after the race.
- Agua Fresca: Refreshing drinks will be available.
AWARDS AND PARTICIPATION
- Unique Medal: All participants will receive a unique finisher medal.
- EXTRA Medal: Earn an additional medal for the Reyes Running Series.
- Age Group Awards: Awards will be given to the top three in each age group (under 19, 20-29, etc.).
- Kids Races: Special races will be held for the kids.
RACE SCHEDULE
- BIB PICK UP: Saturday, August 15th at Yokuts Park, Bakersfield (Bib pick up only on race day) from 5:45-6:45 AM.
- 6K/2 Mile Start: 7:00 AM
- Kids Races: Start at 6:45 AM
- Fun and Music: Enjoy a great atmosphere with music throughout the event.
NOTE
6K participants get awards if placing top 3 in age group awards (<19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+).
2 mile is a walk event, NO age group or top finishers awards for this event!
